An e-bike gives you a fixed 2-hour or 4-hour session, while a scooter is rented by the day and discounted from 4 days. Walking may be enough for nearby stops, depending on where you are staying and the actual access.
For airport arrival, heavy luggage or a journey outside the agreed rental use, arrange appropriate transport separately. Confirm prices and pickup with that provider; a local scooter or e-bike request does not include a transfer.
