A request is the start, not the contract.

The published rental rates are €10 for a 2-hour e-bike session, €20 for a 4-hour session and €25 per scooter day, with 15% off scooter rentals from 4 billable days. The form displays the rental price and prepares a WhatsApp message; it does not guarantee availability or process payment. Optional extras are quoted separately.

Every rider must be 18 or older and complete the confirmed requirements before handover. The signed agreement sets permitted use, return conditions and applicable late-return, loss or damage responsibilities. No security deposit does not waive those responsibilities. Confirm payment, cancellation and any remaining terms directly before agreeing to the rental.

No unconfirmed penalty schedule is invented on this website. Applicable late-return, loss or damage terms are set out in the signed rental agreement.

Does no security deposit remove my responsibilities?

No. The responsibilities and applicable charges in the signed rental agreement still apply.
