The team confirms the available vehicle, identity-document requirements, handover time and signed agreement before the rental begins. No security deposit is required, but the agreement and rider responsibilities still apply.
Check the vehicle condition together, including brakes, tyres, lights and the included equipment. Agree permitted use, fuel or charging arrangements, the support contact and the return time. The renter is responsible for applicable late-return, loss or damage charges under the signed agreement.
