Mention the rack when you message the team and describe your board type or dimensions. Compatibility, fitting, straps and equipment availability need to be checked for your rental dates; a generic board request is not a rack confirmation.
The scooter gets the same 15% discount from 4 days. Any rack-related charge is confirmed separately. Ask about route and wind limitations before carrying a board, and use another transport option if the setup or conditions are unsuitable.
